Chicken Alfredo had a weak sauce

Basically was mask shamed at this restaurant when picking up my take out order. Emailed corporate, no response. The bartender and another patron laughed about my mask and made comments that Covid was no big deal. Ridiculous. At least wait until I leave to laugh about my choice to protect myself and my family; you don’t have to agree with wearing a mask, but respect that other people choose to do so. Won’t be eating here again.

Food was yummy, service prompt & friendly!

Ordered a pizza and wings the other night. Pizza was a 1/2 supreme 1/2 pepperoni. The pizza was super thin and toppings were scarce. The wings were not fully cooked and we had to cook them longer on the oven. Should have ordered from Pizza Hut!

Amazing food and staff!

The restaurant looked closed when we arrived. It took a few minutes before anyone realized we were standing there waiting for a table. The food took a while to arrive and our meals were delivered several minutes apart. Drinks from the bar took more than 15 minutes to arrive. Not a very professionally run restaurant. One half step above a Chuck E. Cheese. Also, if you are going to put your restaurant's name onto a Muffaletta sandwich, make it something unique. Don't put just the basic muffaletta ingredients on a roll and expect it to be remembered fondly.

Food is great and the service was good. The little arcade in the back needs some attention as half the stuff didn't work or was unplugged.

It wasn't completely horrible. I've had worse, but probably go here for dinner instead of lunch. It was dry, expensive for the quality of food, and the waitresses could probably use a bit more training. Feels like there are a lot of hidden prices that you're not told upfront about. The fine print is so small you can't really read it even with glasses.Not impressed, honestly disappointed. Lunch for two adults and one toddler shouldn't cost 45$ in a place like this.

The second time having dinner here. I love the salads and pizza and the dish that has a muffelota insides. Can remember what it's called. Just go and you will have a good meal in a quiet setting

We enjoyed our meal here. Pizza was pretty good. The red sauce is good. The eggplant stacker is tasty if you like eggplant. The spinach artichoke dip is fine, but could be a bit better. Overall a decent dining experience for a meal out with the kids and family.

This is an amazing restuarant. They have the BEST spinach dip of any eatery I've ever been to. The staff is great. The prices are on the higher side but I promise it is well worth it. I honestly think that Rotolo's is one of the best restaurants outside of downtown Fairhope.

The appetizers and pizza were hot and tasted great. The server was attentive. Has a great atmosphere.

This place is a wonderful Italian pizzeria. They throw their own dough...Handmade item for all as well as a very nice game room for the kids at the back of the restaurant.This restaurant is set up with separate sections, with nice TV entertainment in each section, This vs. A restaurant with one big room... A very unique place with family staff.Anyone would find this place is beyond pizza & be happy they went

Went with a party of 20 triathletes. Very good service. We loved the drink specials (Mimosa cider!) All our orders were correct and delicious. I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it was one of the best wraps I've ever had. Very filling and delicious. Definitely going back next time we're racing in Fairhope!

By far my favorite pizza place in fairhope. Delicious, fast, and a good atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat

Order 2 long Island ice teas it was not right and that food came out cold this was sun 2/9/20

Food fantastic but ordered threw waitr and didn't receive the drinks this was a pretty penny so...

Extremely slow service. Our waitress was friendly enough for someone who was running like a dog. More help is needed and I know it's hard getting good help. Don't be in a hurry and you will be fine.

This is a chain but it closed down where I'm from. This location will stay open. It has an arcade, good specials, and most importantly the staff were friendly.

We stopped in to grab a couple pies to feed the nieces and nephews. Mary, the bartender and person who took our order, was super friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh. The restraunt was clean. Definitely try this place out. Even noticed a sign for kids eat free Tuesdays.

It's a family fun atmosphere with ample seating. The waitress was attentive and stayed on top of things even though she had multiple tables spread around the restaurant. The calzone was full and fresh but did not have all the cheese I was expecting, more just meat filling. The spinach dip was a nice twist with the bread shaped like a pizza and covered in a butter sauce.

Thos place used to be really good. But their service is horrible lately and the food is a joke. They took off a lot of the favorite foods. I ordered a appetizer of spinach dip and it came in a styrofoam container and on a pan with some kind of pita bread that was burnt to a crisp on one side and cold on the other. I used to eat here once a week but I wont be going back anymore. It's sad what's happened to it.

I work for a delivery company & whenever I see there's an order from Rotolo's, I groan.Food is never ready. The kitchen staff is slow. I always end up sitting in the restaurant for 20+ minutes watching servers make apologies to customers while the kitchen staff just trundles along like nothing is wrong.

Amazing service. The bartenders are great, make you feel like family (the liked kind). I recommend the Krewe pizza or the buffalo chicken wrap. Bingo and trivia nights are really fun. Parking and location are convenient. Restrooms are usually clean.

The service is good, but the food is mediocre. The arcade is smaller than the before and half the games are not working. My son and I are quite disappointed.

This was the best calzone I've had in my entire life, the food is amazing here and I was trying it out on vacation from Chicago.

Excellent food and atmosphere! I have the chalmette cheese sticks ( which is actually like a thin crust pizza! Super yummy. Jake was our server and he was very helpful and I ew the menu. The bacon Mac and cheese was perfect and comes with 4 parmesan garlic knots. My husband got the whole muffaletta which was huge! Don't judge the wings by the picture because they were too die for! Just excellent!

Pizza is good. Bar service was fantastic. People are quirky....it's perfect for my tastes.Edit. Sandwiches last two visits left serious room for improvements. Like adding meat.

Placed an online order with tip included for delivery. Waited 1.5 hr and no sign of food, so i called. Guy says his delivery driver wouldnt be in until 4 (he tried to call me right after i ordered to tell me this, so im not mad about waiting), so i said thats fine ill just cancel order. I check my bank several days later and i was never credited my money back. Called a manager to get it resolved, they told me they would let the head manager know and he would call me back. Its been a week and no call. I wont be doing business there again. Hope that 16.95$ in free revenue was worth it.

Everything was incredible! Great atmosphere! We love music bingo as well! Samantha was an incredible server! We loved her and we hope to see her next time we come back!

This place has good food good atmosphere and good arcade. The easiest way this business could become excellent is if it offered outdoor seating with a decent view instead of just looking out on traffic and a big ol parking lot. Not a tree in sight to park under for shade, just sizzling asphalt and car exhaust. At least once you're inside there's plenty of TVs going on good food options. The seating can use a little padding...

Amazing place for a pre-Mardi Gras parade meal. Hot delicious food, nice vibe and friendly service. Family friendly and pet friendly patio!

Awful experience yesterday. Waitress takes our order or a large extra cheese pizza and drinks. Kids get their drinks. Adults wait another 20 minutes. We finally get the pizza and it's an extra large cheese pizza and the cheese is burned. Waitress says they will just charge from for a large. We have to ask for the check. Finally get the check and we are charged for extra large. It takes another 15 minutes to get that fixed. Worst visit.

Pizza is slightly above average. Let’s call it good food. The walnut salad is becoming my favorite. What makes this place worth going to is the service. They can get busy at times but the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I debated whether or not to write this review. But decided for the safety of others, I should report. The food is good but the staff does not follow the state of Alabama’s guidelines for restaurants during the pandemic. I liked that there were not physical menus. The menu is accessed via a QR code scanned by your smart phone’s camera. That’s where the safe practices ended. We could see into the kitchen where the two people working there were not wearing masks. I couldn’t tell if they had gloves on. The one and only server was also serving as busser so she was switching tasks constantly. Not once did I see her wash her hands. She also was not wearing a mask. She went directly from cleaning tables to delivering orders without so washing her hands or using hand sanitizer. Even if there were no pandemic concerns, this would be distasteful to me. We like this place but unfortunately won’t be back for a while.

Delivery driver doesn’t know how to read the address label on orders. Delivered our food to the wrong address and we had to call to figure out where our order was after over an hour. We were offered to wait another whole hour for pizza as the only resolution and had to ask for a refund before it was even offered. Avoid this place. Plenty of other good food with competent staff in the area.
